CARE Ethiopia is seeking eligible & competitive bidders for the PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICE TO CONDUCT MIDTERM EVALUATION FOR ADVANCING WOMEN ENTERPRISE (AWE II) PROJECT.
