Yiha Real Estate is headquartered in the capital city of Ethiopia Addis Ababa, Kirkos Sub-City.

Yiha Real Estate Plc. invites eligible contractors to Construct Stair for Internal Commercial Center Building in the building address given below.

• Scope:

The works mainly include supply and construction of necessary material, equipment and skilled and non skilled labour, cleaning, testing, and handover.

• Bidders Shall fulfill the following Qualifications

1. Bidders shall be Grade Five Building Contractor (BC-5) with renewed license for the current fiscal year.
2. Bidders shall be Value Add Tax (VAT) registered.
3. Bidders shall furnish Clearance for the month of May or April 2018 E.C.
4.  Interested bidders may obtain the bidding documents from Yiha Real Estate Plc finance department upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 1,000 ETB (one thousand).
5. The Bidder shall furnish as part of its Bid, a bid security in original form an amount of 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Ethiopian Birr) from reputable bank in the name of Yiha Real Estate Plc..
6.  The deadline for bid submission will be 6th June 2026 G.C at 4.00am LT. BIDS will be opened on the same day that is 6th June 2026 G.C at 4.30am LT. in the presence of bidders or bidders' representatives who choose to attend, at the address below.
7. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
8. Yiha Real Estate Plc. reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
