Expression of Interest for the Provision of Staff Canteen Operational Services

TotalEnergies Marketing Ethiopia S.C would like to invite eligible and capable Canteen operation service providers for pre-qualification and is seeking to engage them when qualified to enter into long term agreement.

• Applicants should have valid and renewed Trade License, VAT Registration, and TIN Certificates, along with a minimum of 2 years of documented food service operational experience.
• Applicants may obtain the Expression of Interest document from TotalEnergies Marketing Ethiopia SC, Saris Road, Mullege Building, 7th Floor, Purchasing Division Office, during working hours (8:00 to 12:00Am morning and 1:00 to 5:00 afternoon).
• Applicants can collect the EOI document starting from June 02,2026, and submissions will be closed and returned on June 16, 2026, before 4:00 PM.
• Applicants must submit their technical proposal in sealed envelope, clearly marked with the EOI name and reference number at TotalEnergies Marketing Ethiopia S.C Head Office, Mullege Building, 7th Floor, Purchasing Division Office.
• All Applicants whose submissions are received before the closing date and time will be duly notified of the outcome of their applications.
• TotalEnergies Marketing Ethiopia SC reserves the right to partially reject or cancel the entire EOI process at any stage without liability.
