Zemen Insurance S.C. invites eligible bidders to participate in an open bid process for the development of operational manuals.

1. Eligible bidders can take part in the bid upon presentation of:

• Currently renewed and valid license
• A certificate of registration issued by the Ministry of Trade and Industry,
• Registration for Value Added Tax, and
• A certificate of competency from an authorized institute.

2.A complete set bidding document can be purchased from Finance and Investment Department by paying a non-returnable fee of Birr 500, located at Bole, Alem building 2nd floor.

3. Bidders shall bring bid bond guarantee 2% of the total bid price along with their proposals.

4. Bidders are required to submit both technical and financial Proposals for the service separately in wax-sealed envelopes to Zemen Insurance, Human Capital Management & Administration Department, Bole Alem Building 5th Floor.

5. Bidders shall provide their bid price including 15% VAT.

6. Deadline for submission of tender will be June 10, 2026 at 8:00pm local time/Afternoon/. Technical proposals shall be opened on the same date June 10,2026 at 8:30 pm local time /Afternoon/in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

7. Tender award will be declared to bid winner shortly following the technical and financial proposals evaluation.
