Raeye Children Aid (RCA) is a humanitarian and development organization working to improve the lives of vulnerable children, youth, women, and communities in Ethiopia through sustainable development programs and livelihood initiatives. Since its establishment, RCA has been implementing various interventions in child protection, education, youth empowerment, community development, and income-generating activities. As part of its commitment to promoting sustainable livelihoods and economic empowerment, RCA is establishing a bakery production initiative aimed at creating employment opportunities and strengthening community self-reliance.

Raeye Children Aid(RCA) hereby invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit sealed tenders for the supply of Bakery equipment's, in accordance with the specification details, Instructions to Bidders, and General Terms and Conditions of Purchase described below

Eligibility Requirements

Interested bidders must submit the following documents:

• Valid and renewed Business License (E.C. 2018)
• VAT Registration Certificate
• Taxpayer Identification Certificate (TIN)
• Company profile indicating address, branch offices, structure, and available resources
• Evidence of satisfactory past performance in supplying similar vehicles

3. Terms and Condition

Payment shall be made after submission and verification of full Bakery Equipment's and documentation, in accordance with Raeye Children Aid (RCA) Ethiopia payment procedures.

4. Contract Award

The successful bidder shall enter into a contract agreement with Raeye Children Aid (RCA) Ethiopia for the supply of the Bakery Equipment upon receipt of an authorized Purchase Order.

5. Tender Submission Instructions

Tenders must be submitted in two sealed envelopes, one original Technical, and one original Financial Separately, bearing an official company seal, and marked by the "bidders' name, address, and the tender reference number and title as stated above.

Tenders must be submitted in the bid box prepared for the purpose at Raeye Children Aid (RCA) Ethiopia National office offices on June 9, 2026, on or before 3:00 PM. Raeye Children Aid Procurement Committee will open tender responses on June 10, 2026, at 10:30 AM at its discretion.

6. Delivery Time

The bidder must clearly indicate the delivery schedule / lead time from the date of Purchase Order issuance. Preference may be given to suppliers offering the shortest reasonable delivery period.

Raeye Children Aid(RCA) reserves the right to accept or reject this bid, in partial or entirety.
