1.Addis Ababa University plans to procure Consultancy Services for Proposals to Provide a Plan, Design, and Construction Services on a Greenhouse as part of the endeavor to Establish Core Labs at the College of Natural and Computational Sciences.

2. Addis Ababa University now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Consultancy Services for Proposals to Provide a Plan, Design, and Construction Services on a Greenhouse as part of the endeavor to Establish Core Labs at the College of Natural and Computational Sciences.

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Limited Bidding (NCB) procedures Contained in the public Procurement proclamation of the Federal government of Ethiopia is open to all invited eligible and qualified bidders.

4. Invited eligible bidders may obtain further information and collect the Bidding Documents freely at the address given below at 9 (a) from 8:30AM to 5:30 PM

5. Eligible documents include: Renewed trade license for the current year. Tax clearance and VAT registration certificate from MOFED, Tax Payer Identification Certificate (TIN) and Certificate of Registration that is printed from PPPAA Website.

6. A complete set of the bidding document in English language may be issued freely to bidders on the address below that is stated under 9 (A).

7. Bidding documents must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) on or before June 15, 2026 at 2:00 PM Addis Ababa. Late bids shall be rejected.

8. Bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 9(d) on June 15, 2026 at 2:30 PM.

A) Documents shall be inspected at: Addis Ababa University, Procurement Administration Directorate office, New Administration building Room No. 312.

B) Documents shall be issued at: Addis Ababa University, Procurement Administration Directorate office, New Administration building Room No. 312.

C) Bid document shall be delivered to: Addis Ababa University. Procurement and Property Administration Directorate office, Room No. 200.

D) Bid document shall be opened at: Addis Ababa University, Procurement and Property Administration Directorate office, Room No. 200

9. All Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security of 50,000.00 ETB (Fifty Thousand birr) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee.

10. Addis Ababa University reserves the right to reject any bid and to annual the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
