Good Neighbors (GN) is a global non-governmental organization (NGO) founded in Korea in 1991 and currently operating in 50 countries. Since 1997, the Ethiopian branch (GNE) has been dedicated to improving living conditions through various development initiatives. GNE operates in multiple regions across Ethiopia, including Amhara, Oromia, Tigray, Benishangul Gumuz, Somali, Sidama, South Ethiopia, Central Ethiopia, and Addis Ababa City Administration.

1.  Good Neighbors Ethiopia wants to invite all interested and eligible contractors to participate in the following construction works

2. Eligibility Criteria: Interested bidders are expected to fulfill the requirements stated here below:

1. Bid Security of 2% Cash Payment Order (CPO) ONLY that of estimated project cost in ETB which is valid from post-bid Mopening until contract signing date
2. Bidders must have a valid and renewed trade license for the current fiscal year
3. Bidders should have TIN & VAT registration certificate
4. Bidder should have valid Tax clearance certificate and must be up-to-date with tax obligations
5. Certificate of registration with the Federal public procurement agency (FPPA) as a Grade-5 BC/GC or higher contractor.
6. Other requirements and forms as attached on the tender documents

3. The bid remains floating from June 10, 2026 to June 18, 2026 for seven consecutive working days

4. Bid documents shall be obtained commencing from June 10, 2025 from Addis Ababa, Lideta Sub-City, In front of Balcha Hospital, on Ahmed Business Center Building, on 5th Floor, Good Neighbors Ethiopia Head office and from Good Neighbors Ethiopia, Sidama Community Project Office, Yirgalem Town during office hours (morning from 8:00 AM-12:00 A.M and afternoon 1:00 PM-4:00 PM) from Monday to Friday against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 600.00 (six Hundred birr only) by cash only.

5. Bid documents must be submitted in two separate envelopes; the copy and original of technical and financial documents in a separately sealed envelope marked as: "The Bid Document for Construction of Integrated School Wash Project in Wolde-Amanuel Primary School, Yirgalem Town, Sidama Region with Procurement Number GNE/CON/10/2025" and be addressed to: "Good Neighbors Ethiopia, Sidama Community Project Office, Yirgalem" on or before June 18, 2026 until 10:00 A.M

6. Electronic bidding & Bids presented by any bidder after the closing. time and date shall not be accepted.

7. Bids shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on June 18, 2026 at 10:30 A.M at Good Neighbors Ethiopia, Sidama Community Project Office, Yirgalem Town, kebele 03, next by Mekanelyesus Mission Church.

8. Bidders are seriously advised to read and comply with the instructions provided in this bidding document.

9. Good Neighbors Ethiopia reserves the right to cancel all or parts of this bid
