Oxfam in Ethiopia is inviting qualified suppliers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the supply of vertical surface pumps.

Background

Oxfam GB was founded in 1942 in the United Kingdom and has been working in Ethiopia since 1970 to address the underlying causes of poverty and marginalization. The organization's support sustainable livelihoods, provides water, sanitation, and other humanitarian assistance, and responds to emergencies. Currently, Oxfam implements programmes directly and through partners across all regions of the country.

Oxfam in Ethiopia invites qualified suppliers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the following items.

1. 30KW VERTICAL SURFACE PUMP, Flow Rate (Q): 90 m3/h, Head: 88m or equivalent.

2. 90 KW VERTICAL SURFACE PUMP, Flow Rate (Q): 153 m3/h. Head: 145.2m or equivalent

Required Legal and Supporting Documents

Suppliers should submit the following documents with their EOI:

1. Valid Business License for pump supply

2. Valid TIN Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate.

3. Detailed Company Profile outlining history, areas of expertise, and technical capacity.

4. Any relevant quality assurance certifications.

Submission Instructions

• Clearly state the specification of the pumps.
• Submit the complete set of documents in a sealed envelope
• Deadline for submission: From Wednesday, 10 June 2026, until Monday, 16th June 2026, at 4:30 PM.
