Partnership for Pastoralists Development Association (PAPDA) is looking for two local construction contractors and one supplier to help them execute humanitarian relief projects in southern and eastern Ethiopia.

CALL FOR BIDS

Partnership for Pastoralists Development Association (PAPDA) is a national non-governmental humanitarian organization working with hard-to-reach pastoralist and agro-pastoralist communities across Ethiopia.

PAPDA supports vulnerable populations affected by drought, conflict, displacement, climate-related shocks, and other humanitarian emergencies through integrated humanitarian and development interventions.

PAPDA hereby invites eligible and qualified local contractors holding a valid Grade 7 Construction License or above to participate in a competitive bidding process for construction works under two humanitarian projects.

The first project, WP-14471; ETH10AYD & ETH10HUM,

involves the renovation of two Women and Girls Friendly Spaces (WGFS) located in Segen and Karat Zuria Woredas of Konso Zone, South Ethiopia Region. The scope of work includes fencing the compounds, constructing VIP latrines, and providing water connections to the latrine facilities.

The second project, CBPF-ETH-26-R-NGO-39195,

involves the establishment of two Integrated Women, Girls and Children Friendly Spaces (WGCFS) in Rayitu Woreda, East Bale Zone of Oromia Region. The works include the construction and establishment of the facilities, development of child-friendly spaces and playground areas, and installation of furniture and other essential components required to make the centers fully functional.

 And also PAPDA invites eligible and qualified suppliers under

Third project EHF/UN-OCHA to purchase Inclusive Mobility-Adapted ESNFI Kits for 60HHs.

Interested bidders must possess a valid and renewed business license, TIN certificate, VAT registration certificate (where applicable), and proven experience in similar construction works. Contractors must also demonstrate the technical and financial capacity necessary to successfully undertake the assignment.
