1. The Government of Ethiopia has received finance from the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation to set up food testing laboratory at the IAIPS and RTCs, The Amhara Industrial Parks' Development Corporation now invites eligible bidders with work licenses

i. Electrical, Electro mechanical/EM/ or related business liscence for Burie IAIP and Enjibara RTC lab AC and Gas line system supply, instalation, and testing. (Lot 3).

ii. General Contractor /GC/ Grade 5 and above for Enjibara RTC lab renovation work (Lot 4)

2. Bidding will be through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) in accordance with the procedures of the World Bank Guideline, and Standard Bidding Document used is the recent versión of FPPA.

3. Bids shall be valid for a period of ninty (90) days after bid opening.

4. The bid must be accompanied by the amount of bid security as stated in the table above in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO and shall remain valid for a period of 118 days.

5. Bid shall be closed on the 10th of July 2026, 14:00 and will be opened on the 10th of July 2026 14:30 in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend the bid opening. If the bid opening date is Holiday, opening date will be the next working day. Electronic Bidding shall not be permitted. Late Bids shall be rejected.

6. Bidders are required to submit copies of all eligible documents and licenses which are renewed for the year 2018E.C (2025/2026 G.C).

7. A complete set of bidding documents in CD in English may be purchased directly from the Amhara Insustrial parks development Corporation Finance and Property Administration Directorate, room no. 16, up on payment of a none refundable fee Birr 300/three hundred/.

8. The Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
