The Somali Regional State Skills & Job Creation Bureau is inviting bids for the construction of Kebribayah TVET College.

INVITATION TO BID

Somali Regional State Skills & Job Creation Bureau is inviting interested bidders for the following procurement:

1. Bid/Tender floating period will be for 20 days, Starting from Genbot 18th 2018 EFY to Senie 8th 2018 EFY. Moreover, bid validity period will be 60 days, in which time the contract process is expected to be finalized.

2. Biding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible domestic bidders with grade 2 license and above who are VAT registered at the same time renewed license for 2018 EFY and supplier list certificate from SRS Public procurement & property Administration Agency/competency letter.

3. A complete set of bidding documents prepared in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee of birr 1000 Birr (one thousand birr only) mode of payment will be in cash.

4. Bidders should submit separate technical and financial proposals enclosed in a wax-sealed envelope clearly marked the project's title and must be delivered to the address below on or before Senie 8th 2018 EFY at 10:00 A.M. all bids must be accompanied by a bid security which shall be 2% of the bid offer or ground total of BOQ in the form of certified cheque (C.P.O) issued by a recognized Bank.

5. Bid opening ceremony will take place at SRS Skills & Job creation Bureau.

6. The bureau reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
