1. Interested Potential Bidders are required to present renewed relevant Trade License for the fiscal year of 2018 E.C, VAT Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN (tax identification number), Online Supplier list Registration Certificate.
2. Interested Bidders obtain a complete set of bidding document from the office of Procurement department against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 400.00 (Four hundred birr only) to Southwest Ethiopia People Regional State Revenue Bureau and shall bring the receipt voucher to the SWEPRS RTD Bureau procurement directorate at Ground floor room no;- 5 at any working day from 2:30-11:30 local time.
3. The deadline for bid Submission shall be on the 21st date of the announcement on the News Paper at 8:00 and 8:30 After noon respectively (Local time). If the 21st date is not working day, it will be held on the next working days at the same time in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who choose to attend.
4. Bid must be accompanied with a Bid Security for LOT 1, an amount of Birr 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand Birr) For LOT2, LOT3, LOT4, LOT5, LOT6, LOT7, LOT8 and LOT9 an amount of Birr 300,000.00 (Three Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of certified cheque (CPO) or Unconditional Bank guarantee for Special structure.
5. Bids must be delivered or deposited in the Tender Box situated at the office of the Procurement Department, before the closing date and time.
6. The Southwest Ethiopia People Regional State Transport and Road Development Bureaus reserves its rights to reject any or all bids.
