Harambe 23 Housing Cooperative Association invites qualified Reinforcement bar manufacturers or suppliers to participate in the open bid process for the supply of Grade 75 reinforcement Bar for the construction of a B+G+9+T apartment building.

2. The association invites sealed bids from only eligible & interested manufacturers/suppliers

3. Bidders are required to submit copies of their:

a. Renewed Trade License

b. Principal Business Registration

c. Tax Identification Number (TIN)

d. Tax Clearance Certificate for 2018 fiscal year

e. VAT Registration Certificate

4. Manufacturer/Suppliers shall submit their price offer in sealed envelopes.

5. Price offers will be opened in the presence of manufacturers/suppliers or their representatives, who choose to attend in person, at the Association's office address
