Tsehay Real Estate Homeowners Association (TREHOA) invites qualified companies to submit technical and financial proposals for the Design-Build (DB) of recreational facilities in the CMC area of Addis Ababa.

Tender Title: Design-Build (DB): Design, Supply, Delivery. Construction, Installation Testing and Handover of Recreational Facilities

Tsehay Real Estate Homeowners Association (TREHOA) invites eligible and qualified companies to submit sealed Technical and Financial Proposals for the Design-Build (DB) execution, including design, supply, delivery, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of recreational facilities within the Tsehay Real Estate residential compound located around CMC. Addis Ababa.

The works are divided into the following lots:

• Lot 1: Design-Build (DB) of Kids Playground, including design, supply, delivery, construction and handover.
• Lot 2: Design-Build (DB) of Mini Football Field, including design, supply, delivery, construction and handover.
• Lot 3: Design-Build (DB) of Mini Basketball Court, including design, supply, delivery, construction and handover.

Interested bidders may submit proposals for one or more lots. Bidders applying for multiple lots shall submit separate Technical and Financial Proposals for each lot.

Payment receipt for a non-refundable tender document fee of Birr 500.00 deposited to Ethiopian Commercial Bank Account No:                                and

Scanned copies of the following documents:

• Renewed Business License
• Certificate of Business Registration
• Valid TIN Certificate
• VAT Registration Certificate 
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate

Technical and Financial Proposals shall be sealed separately and clearly marked with the respective lot number.

TREHOA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, award one or more lots to a single bidder or different bidders, and cancel the tender process without incurring any liability.
