INVITATION FOR LOCAL COMPETITIVE BID

Bid Title: Procurement of Soil Investigation Service

Hijra Bank S.C. Invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for the providing of Soil Investigation Services as specified in the Bidding Document..

Bid Instructions:

1. Interested bidders may obtain the bidding document from June 15, 2026 to July 01, 2026 during working hours from the Facility and Supply Management Office, Olympia Square Road to Bambis, 1st Floor, New Building next to Hijra Bank, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300.00 at Hijra Bank, Olympia-Nejashi Branch.

2. Bidders shall submit copies of:

• Valid Trade License
• VAT Registration Certificate
• TIN Certificate
• Tax Clearance Certificate
• Documents demonstrating technical capability
• Relevant experience and reference letters

3. A bid security of Birr 100,000.00 in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee, valid for 120 days, must be submitted separately with the technical proposal.

4. Bid prices shall remain valid for 90 days from the bid opening date.

5. Bidders shall submit their bids in separate sealed envelopes comprising:

One (1) original and one (1) copy of the Technical Proposal; and

One (1) original and one (1) copy of the Financial Proposal.

All documents must be properly signed, sealed, and clearly marked with the bid title. The complete bid shall be deposited in the bid box no later than July 01, 2026, at 8:00 PM local time. Late bids shall be rejected and returned unopened.

6. Bids will be opened on July 01, 2026, at 9:00 PM local time at the Facility and Supply Management Office. Bidders may attend the bid opening.

7. Hijra Bank S.C. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, wholly or partially.
