CALL FOR NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID (NCB)

1. Dashen Bank invites eligible and interested potential bidders for the procurement of different consumable Items and IT related Items as per the below detail;

2. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download the bidding document via https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration/ to access the bidding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) starting from June 15, 2026.

3. Renewed Commercial Registration, Business License, TIN Registration Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, and Incorporation Documents (i.e., Articles of Association, Memorandum of Association, Bylaws, Minutes, etc.) are required while submitting the bid document.

4. Bidders shall present a bid security in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) or) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of proposal/or offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days for each bid reference Number.

5. Bidders must submit the FINANCIAL OFFER electronically and all bidders should submit sample of procurement involving items on or before bid submission deadline for bid ref.no. DBOT00126/27, DBOT00226/27, DBOT00326/27, and DBOT00426/27 as below specified address.

6. Bid document shall be submitted through online system, electronically for bid. Ref. no. DBOT00126/27, DBOT00226/27, DBOT00326/27, and DBOT00426/27 on/ before June 23, 2026 up to 5:00 PM Afternoon and be opened electronically tentatively on June 24, 2026 at 2:00 P.M Afternoon.

7. Bid document shall be submitted through online system, electronically for bid ref.no. DBOT16725/26, and DBOT16825/26 on/ before June 26, 2026 up to 5:00 PM Afternoon and be opened electronically tentatively on June 27, 2026 at 10:00 A.M Morning.

8. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above shall result in automatic rejection.

9. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
