INVITATION FOR BID / ANNOUNCEMENT

Mald School EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT PLC invites eligible and qualified contractors to participate in a bid for Maintenance and Modification Works at the following locations:

• Vatican Embassy Branch
• CMC Branch
• Temenja Yaje Branch

Scope of Work

The project involves various maintenance, renovation, and modification works at the above-mentioned branches. Detailed specifications and requirements will be provided in the bidding documents.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested bidders must meet the following requirements:

1. Hold a valid Contractor Grade 4, 5 or Grade 6 license.

2. Possess a valid and renewed business license for the current fiscal year.

3. Have proven experience in maintenance, renovation, and modification works of a similar nature.

4. Submit all mandatory legal and registration documents required by law.

5. Provide evidence of successful completion of related projects.

Bid Submission

• Interested contractors may obtain the bid documents from Mald School Educational Support PLC upon request.
• Bidders shall submit their technical and financial proposals in sealed envelopes according to the instructions provided in the bidding documents.
• The bid shall remain open for five (5) consecutive days from the date of publication of this announcement.

Closing Date

All bids must be submitted within five days from the date of this announcement. Late submissions will not be accepted.
