Positive Action for Development (PAD) invites qualified bidders for the comprehensive rehabilitation of Mishera Health Center and Kedamit Health Center in Ziquala Woreda, Wag Hemra Zone, Amhara Region.

A. INVITATION TO TENDER

 For the Rehabilitation of Health Facilities at Mishera Health Center and Kedamit Health Center, Ziquala Woreda, Wag Hemra Zone, Amhara Region.

Positive Action for Development (PAD) is an indigenous, non-governmental, non-profit organization, secular, and legally registered Ethiopian civil society organization with registration number 2330. The organization was established on June 6/2011, with a mission to save lives, promote hope, end poverty, and achieve social justice through integrated and sustainable development approaches.

PAD would like to invite qualified and interested potential bidders for construction of a Semi-Permanent Latrine as specified bellow:

Note:. Contractors must have Category GC/BC, seven(7) & above certifications to be eligible to bid on this bid. Prospective contractors must also be able to complete the rehabilitation and construction works must within forty-five (45) calendar days and the winning bidder(s) will be required to enter to a contract agreement with PAD after acceptance.   

Requirements:

Interested eligible Bidders shall provide the written application with copies of the following mandatory legal document:

• Having BC/GC-7 and Above
• Renewed Business License in the respective area.
• Business Registration
• TIN Certification.
• VAT registration certificate.
• Proof of track record in rehabilitation or construction of health facilities last three years.
• Testimonies of related services
• Quality assurance certificate specially for iron sheet
• Bid bond: 2% in the form of CPO.

"Interested suppliers are required to deposit a non-refundable fee of ETB 1,000 for each lot into the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE), Account Number: 1000321092938, Account Name: Positive Action for Development (PAD)."

All Quotations must be presented in English only.

Clarity of specifications and presentation of the bid offer, quality, delivery time, and value-for-money principles will be considered in the evaluation of the bid.

Positive Action for Development (PAD) reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bids at any time without assigning any reason or reason whatsoever. Tenders submitted after the deadline will be automatically rejected.

All interested potential vendors are invited with respect to the referenced invitation to tender. The submitted Quotation could be used as the basis for a contract between your firm/institution and PAD
