The average annual turnover submitted by the bidder 

Bidder has to submit financial statements certified by an independent auditor 

Bidder has not been debrided by a decision of the Public Procurement and Property Authority from participating in public procurements for breach of its obligation under previous contracts, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.4.

  Bidder has failed to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i);

Bidder is found to have a conflict of interest as described in ITB Sub-Clause 4.3

Bidder does have nationality in accordance with ITB Sub-Clause 4.2

 Foreign Bidder has failed to submit business organization registration certificate or valid trade license issued by the country of establishment, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(c);

Domestic Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority

Domestic Bidder has failed to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);

Bidder has to submit the Form Data on Joint Ventures, consortium or partnership the Agreement governing the formation of joint venture, or letter of intent to form JV, consortium or partnership including a draft agreement, in accordance with ITB Clause (j) 

Bidder has to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form information related to its professional qualification and capability for the period specified in the BDS Clause 14.1; 

Bidder has to submit relevant professional practice certificates, if required in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(iv);

Procuring entity may consider positive social, economic, and environmental impact of goods and services to be procured

The goods and services must meet internationally recognized standards, including electrical safety, sound intensity, and environmental safety. A certificate of compliance should be provided to confirm adherence to these standards.

The procuring entity may implement additional life expectancy indicators that go beyond the standard requirements for goods and services, such as: usage duration, location setup, training, maintenance, seaports, and disposal costs.

Bidder has to submit Description of the organization of the warranty offered in accordance with the conditions laid down in GCC Clause 23;

 Bidder has to submit Descriptive technical literature in accordance with ITB Clause 17;

 Bidder has to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form information about major relevant contracts successfully completed in the number and period specified in the BDS;

 Bidder has to provide in the Bid Submission Sheet Form the Statement attesting the origin of the Goods and Related Services  offered;

Bidder has to submit Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts provided by contracting parties to the contracts successfully completed in the period and budget as specified in the BDS Clause 16.3;
