Ethiopian Airlines Group intends to conduct a bid for the selection of potential Manufacturer/s for the purchase of Powder soap and Liquid soap cleaning chemicals on a long-term contractual basis.

Any legally established Manufacturer with Valid Trade License for the current year, able to provide Product Quality certificate from accrediting body, trade name certificate, renewed commercial registration, current year taxpayer and VAT/TIN Registration, Minimum of two (2) Years' experience in manufacturing of powder soap or liquid soap, who can provide samples as parts of the proposal and valid license to participate on government bids can get the tender. Only Manufacturer/s can participate on the tender.

Bidders should deposit non-refundable ETB 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch referring this tender number SSNT-T623 to Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Number 1000006958277(E-99). Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip along with their company name, bid announcement number & contact phone number to the below email address, and will get the Tender document by return Email.

Bidders must submit Birr 50,000.00/Fifty Thousand birr/ as a bid security in the form of CPO or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee in the name of Ethiopian Airlines Group.

The sealed bid document must be submitted in separate envelopes i.e., the (Technical Proposal, Financial Offer, and Bid Security) and one outer envelope duly marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES" document delivered to Ethiopian Airlines, Strategic Sourcing Non-Technical section on July 21, 2026, until 03:00PM (closing Time). The Bid will be opened the same date at 03:30 PM at Ethiopian Airlines Group head office, bid opening hall in the presence of those interested bidders or their representatives.
