Oromia Construction Corporation (OCC) invites eligible contractors (GC-2 and BC-1) to submit bids for the construction work of the Weliso Town Poultry Farm project.

Oromia Construction Corporation (OCC) has intended to invite potential contractors or eligible bidders for the procurement for Construction work of Weliso Town Poultry Farm project.

Therefore, interested bidders are invited to participate for the Construction works mentioned above on the basis of the following conditions.

1. Those who owned renewed relevant license, Supplier's Registration Certificate, VAT Reg. Certificate, TIN Number & Tax Clearance certificate issued by concerned tax Authority

2. Bidder with renewed certificate of registration from authorize body as GC-2 and BC-1 with relevant experience can purchase complete bidding document upon payment of non-refundable Birr 1000 (One Thousand Birr).

3. Obligatory to provide bid security of Birr 1,000,000 (One Million) in the form of C.P.O or unconditional and Irrevocable bank guarantee.

4. Bid Validity shall be 120 +28 days after technical bid opening date

5. Bid will be closed on July 9/2026 G.C at 2:00 P.M. and opened on the same Date at 2:30 P.M

6. The bidder shall abide with lowest and regulations in forced in federal and regional Government regarding environmental protection and shall confirm with safety and health standard and shall be committed to the implement of ISO 14001:2015 Environmental management system and ISO 45001:2018 Safety and health management system

7. OCC reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Partially or the entire bid.
