Gosh Meda pipe and Plastic manufacturing Enterprise invites sealed Bid for the Following

1. Bidding Will be conducted Through the International Competitive Bidding Procedure /ICB/

2. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English May be Purchased by Interested Eligible Bidders at Gosh Meda Pipe and Plastic Manufacturing Enterprise, Finance Work Process Office in Working Days From 8:30 Am to 5:30 Pm Up on payment of a non-Refundable Fee of Birr 1000.00 (Birr one Thousand). Method of Payment Will Be by Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Dessie Branch account number 1000184463567 or Abay Bank, Dessi Branch account number 2032111046627062. Bidders send the deposit slip by gmppmemp@gmail.com

3. Local Bidders or agents shall submit Authorization Letter From supplier, renewed trade license, vat registration certificate, Tax Identification No, and shall provide document to assure fulfillment of tax obligation.

4. All bidders Must Accompanied by bid bond of 1% for the total bid price in the form of unconditional Bank guarantee, CPO, certified check issued from domestic Ethiopian Bank or cash.

5. All bidders Must Accompanied be sealed and delivered to Gosh Meda pipe and Plastic manufacturing Enterprise at Dessie. Electronic bidding is not allowed and late bids will be rejected.

6. Bid Shall be valid during 45 (forty Five) Days of the date of Bid opening.

7. Bids Will Be opened in the presence Of Bidders or Their representatives on 46th Days of the news Paper At 2:30 Pm.

8. If the Date of the Bid a holiday, it will be opens to the following working day.

9. Gosh meda pipe and plastic manufacturing enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid, and to amend the bidding process.
