Lion Insurance Company (S.C) invites eligible, qualified and technically competent bidders for the preparation and development of the following manuals.

Bid Requirements

1. Valid and renewed trade license

2. Proven work experience

3. Expertise in full-scale HRM cycle (system)

4. Certification of professional competence issued by a recognized body

5. Commercial and cultural awareness

6. Bid document must be stamped sealed and submitted into the designated bid box on or before the closing date (on July 06, 2026 at 3:00 AM)

7. Technical proposal have to be submitted as one original and one copy in a separate envelope, duly stamped and sealed.

8. Financial proposal have to be submitted as one original and one copy in a envelope, duly stamped and sealed.

9. Comprehensive technical proposal comprise procedures to be followed to develop the documents, team of expertise proposed plan of action from being until final, submission with the necessary details.

10. Both the technical and financial proposal shall have equal weights of 50% each.

11. Bid security 10% of the total bid amount should be presented along with the bid in the form of CPO and in separate envelope

12. Bid shall be opened on July 06, 2026 at 3:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives.

13. Payment will be made 30% when contract agreement is signed and 70% after final delivery of the document

14.Lion insurance Company (s. c) reserves the right to accept or reject the bid
