This specification shall be revised in accordance with project requirements. All revisions shall be subject to written approval before issue. The Geotechnical Consultant (“Consultant”) shall acknowledge receipt of each revision in writing.

The Owner is developing a modular, skid-mounted green ammonia production facility at a site in Hawassa, Ethiopia. The facility produces ammonia (NH3) from green hydrogen via electrolysis powered by renewable electricity, integrated with a nitrogen generation skid (ASU/PSA) for nitrogen, a Haber-Bosch synthesis loop, and ammonia storage and blending. The plant comprises pre-fabricated process skids shipped to site, set on engineered foundations, and interconnected on site. The plant footprint is approximately 40 m × 39 m (refer to Attachment B for the layout).
