Eden Business S.co, engaged in bottled water manufacturing and commercial farming, hereby invites qualified and experienced financial consultancy firms to submit sealed bids for providing consultancy services in corporate finance, tax compliance, costing systems, internal controls, and forensic financial review.

Eligibility Criteria

The consultancy firm must demonstrate:

• Proven experience in corporate finance and tax compliance.
• Expertise in designing costing systems and internal control frameworks.
• Capacity to conduct forensic financial reviews.
• Availability of qualified staff including certified accountants and tax experts.
• Proven track record in corporate finance, preferably in manufacturing/ agriculture.
• Minimum 10 years of consultancy experience with similar assignments.
• Professional certifications within the firm (CPA, ACCA, CFA).
• Renewed business license.
