Invitation for Supplier Registration and Shortlisting

NIB International Bank S.C. invites interested, competent, and legally registered firms/companies/suppliers to apply for inclusion in its Supplier list for the supply of Goods, Works, and Services.

1. Registration Requirements

Interested firms shall submit a formal application letter together with the following documents:

• Valid Trade License
• Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• VAT Registration Certificate (where applicable)
• Tax Clearance Certificate
• Relevant professional licenses (where applicable)
• Company Profile
• Manufacturer's Authorization or Agency Agreement (where applicable)
• Any other documents demonstrating technical and financial capability

2. Registration Procedure

2.1. Registration will be conducted at the Procurement Division, 26th Floor, NIB International Bank Headquarters, located at Sega Tera, Addis Ababa, starting from July 05, 2026.

2.2. Completed registration applications together with all required supporting documents shall be submitted to the same office on or before 31, July 2026.

2.3. Only firms meeting the Bank's evaluation criteria will be shortlisted and included in the Bank's supplier list.

2.4. The bank not accepts any supplier's registration request after the deadline.

3. Qualified suppliers are encouraged to register under one or more of the following categories.
