JSI is inviting eligible and qualified courier service providers to enter into a corporate agreement for the delivery of documents and small parcels within Addis Ababa and various Regional/Zonal JSI offices.

Call for Bids for Courier Service

JSI is dedicated to strengthening health and education systems to improve the lives of individuals, families, and communities. JSI would like to invite interested, eligible, and qualified courier service providers to participate in the selection process for a Corporate agreement for Local Courier transportation service for the delivery of documents and Small Parcels within Addis Ababa and Regional/Zonal JSI offices.

Requirements

• A valid business license for courier/logistics services.
• Proven experience in domestic courier services in International NGOs is Advantageous.
• Branch offices or delivery networks in major regional cities in our operational areas.
• Qualified personnel and reliable transportation capacity attach title certificates for owned mol vehicles.
• Ability to issue VAT invoices.
• At least three references from similar clients with official letterhead.
• Any additional supporting documents demonstrating the company's technical qualifications and capacity.

**Qualified Courier service providers meeting the above criteria are invited to submit separate technical and financial proposals, in hard copy sealed envelopes, before July 13, 2026, 05:30 pm. Interested applicants can request and collect TOR and the detail Request for Quotation (RFQ) in person from JSI office, from July 6th to July 15th 2026, or by requesting electronic copies via email addresses:
