Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested and potential bidders for the procurement of Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Video Surveillance and Management System for Datacenter, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of CCTV Video Surveillance System for Diredawa District and Supply. Installation and Commissioning of CCTV Video Surveillance System for Wollisso Branch Office.

Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents;

Interested bidders shall Purchase complete set of bidding documents beginning from July 07, 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 500 (Birr Five Hundred Only) to Customer Accounts Transaction Service office, Tower II, Ground floor and collect the Soft Copy of bidding document from Capital Goods Procurement Division.

3. Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before July 28, 2026 at 10:00 A.M (in the morning) at the Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office.

4. The Bid's shall be opened on the above mentioned address, on July 28, 2026 at 10:05 A.M (in the morning) in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.
