JSI would like to invite interested, eligible, and qualified hotels to participate in the selection process for a Corporate Hotel Service Agreement for the provision of accommodation, meeting, and related services.

Requirements

•  Copy of a valid and renewed Business License for EFY 2018.
• Copy of the VAT Registration Certificate, TIN
• Certificate, and Trade Registration Certificate.
• Copy of the Star rating certificate issued by the relevant authority
• A completed, signed, and stamped Technical Information Form (Company Profile).
• Any additional supporting documents demonstrating the company's technical qualifications and capacity.
• References from previous clients and a good track record of delivering quality event services.
• Demonstrated experience hosting conferences, workshops, trainings, and meetings of similar size and complexity.
• Professional staff, responsiveness, event coordination support, and a positive customer service record.

Qualified Hotels meeting the above criteria are invited to submit separate technical and financial proposals, in hard copy sealed envelopes, before July 15, 2026, 05:30 pm
