CIFA Ethiopia is implementing the Project entitled "Addressing Climate Related Impacts in Moyale and Dire wereda, Borena Zone Oromia National Regional State".

Construction of New 150 M3 Rock Catchment Underground Reservoir in Gololcha Kebele in Dire wereda and Restocking of Small Ruminants Animals (Goats) at targeted Kebeles of Dire and Moyale Woreda Are Activities planed under the project.

CIFA Ethiopia therefore invite Interested bidders to submit bid for Construction of New Underground Cistern as per BOQ and Design attached in Bid document and Supply and Delivery of Small Ruminant Animals (Goats) as specified in Bid Documents.

Eligible bidders must meet the following requirements:

i. Must have valid documents (renewed construction trade and Livestock Trade certificate/license of 2018)

ii. Must Have Tax payer certificate, VAT and any other mandatory document/s.

iii. Prices should include all Governmental Charges.

iv. Good experience in constructing works and Restocking activities.

V. Bids should be accompanied by deposit of 2% CPO of the total price prepared in the name of CIFA Ethiopia.

vi. Must be able to perform quality work/Supplies and complete within the required/agreed timeline.

Neat and legible copies of all mandatory supporting documents (Tin Certificate VAT, registration Certificate, renewed license, etc.) should accompany the bids.

Eligible bidders who meet above mentioned requirements can obtain a complete set of BID Document and BOQ paying Non-Refundable fee of 200 Birr from CIFA-Ethiopia Yabello Coordination Office, or Moyale Field office starting from 13th July 2026.

The filled Quotation should reach in sealed envelopes to CIFA Yabello Coordination office on or before 27th July 2025 at 3:00 PM.

The bid will be opened in presence of all bidders or representative on the same day of 27th July 2026 at 3:15 pm.
