Afar Pastoralist Development Association (APDA), in cooperation with Welthungerhilfe/WHH, invites eligible bidders to supply motorbikes for the project entitled 'Afar Hub Enabling Community Driven Development'.

TENDER NOTICE

Afar Pastoralist Development Association (APDA) in cooperation with Welthungerhilfe/WHH wants to invite all interested and eligible bidders to supply motorbikes under project entitled: Afar Hub Enabling Community Driven Development.

A complete tender document in English is available at the Head office in Samara. Interested and eligible bidders can purchase it upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 200.00 ETB (Two Hundred Birr only) in cash and upon submission of a written application letter together with copies of the following legal documents: -

1. Companies that have license in the supply of office furniture, electronics and motorbikes or related business.

2. Commercial and Business License Renewed for the year 2018E.C./2026. G.C.

3. Tax Payer Identification Registration (TIN) certificate.

4. VAT15%

5. Tax clearance certificate for the year 2017 E.C.

6. 2% CPO or a Bank guarantee of the total cost to be secured.

The bid document can be collected from the Head office in Samara, Afar Region. The bidders should submit their proposals within 14 consecutive days starting from the announcement date of this bid 11/07/2026 at 8:00 AM in the Morning. The bid closing date will then be 24/07/2026 at 4:30 PM in the afternoon and the opening will be on the 24/07/2026 at 5:00 PM in the afternoon Samara head office, Afar Region.

The bid proposal must be accompanied by a 2% of bid bond in the form of C.P.O or bank guarantee and originals and copies of the above-mentioned legal documents. The bid shall be wax sealed and vividly marked. The bid document should be inserted in the bid box placed at Samara, APDA head office.
Bidders are requested to fulfill all the necessary conditions clearly indicated in the bid documents!
Afar Pastaoralist Development Association reserves the right to fully or partially cancel the bid.
