Afar Pastoralist Development Association (APDA), in cooperation with Sign of Hope/SoH, invites eligible bidders to supply seeds, seedlings, and breeding goats for the project 'Saving Children from Stunting and Chronic malnutrition' located in Badda, Daalo

BID INVITATION

Afar Pastoralist Development Association (APDA) in cooperation with Sign of Hope/SoH wants to invite all interested and eligible bidders to supply seed & seedlings, and breeding goats for the project entitled: Saving Children from Stunting and Chronic malnutrition, Badda,Daalol, Afar Region"

A complete tender document in English is available at the Samara Head office of APDA and interested and eligible bidders can purchase it upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 200.00 ETB (Two Hundred Birr only) in cash and upon submission of a written application together with copies of the following legal documents:-

1. Companies that have license in License on seed and seedlings or related business

2. Companies that have license on livestock supply or related business.

3. Renewal for the year 2018 E.C/2026 under consideration.

4. Tax clearnce certificate for the year 2017 E.C.

5. VAT 15% Registration

6. Tax Payer Registration (TIN) certificates

The bid document can be collected from the Head office in Samara, Afar Region.

The bidders should submit their proposals within 14 consecutive days starting from the announcement date of this bid 11/07/2026 at 8:00 AM in the Morning. The bid closing date will then be 24/07/2026 at 4:30 PM in the afternoon and the opening will be on the 24/07/2026 at 5:00 PM in the afternoon Samara head office, Afar Region.

The bid proposal must be accompanied by a 2% of bid bond in the form of C.P.O or bank guarantee and originals and copies of the above mentioned legal documents. The bid shall be wax sealed and vividly marked. The bid document should be inserted in the bid box placed at Samara, APDA head office.

Bidders are requested to fulfill all the necessary conditions clearly indicated in the bid documents!

Afar Pastoralist Development Association reserves the right to fully or partially cancel the bid.
