The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) is a Swiss- based foundation launched at the UN in 2002 to tackle the human suffering caused by malnutrition. Working with both governments and private organizations, we aim to transform food systems so that they deliver more nutritious food for all people, especially those most vulnerable to malnutrition.

The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) would like to invite qualified and experienced firms/Individual Consultant to conduct a data landscape analysis to support the development of a subnational Food Systems Dashboard for Ethiopia.

1. Qualified and experienced firms to submit proposals for to conduct a data landscape analysis to support the development of a subnational Food Systems Dashboard for Ethiopia. The assignment focuses exclusively on the data side, identifying relevant data sources for over 500 indicators across 7 clusters and 24 game changers to ensure structured and harmonized datasets. Interested firms/individual consultants with strong team with proven experience are encouraged to apply in accordance with the requirements outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP). 2. Bid Validity, the bid price shall remain valid for 90 days from the date of submission.

3. Submission Format, Bidders must submit Technical and Financial Proposals in separate sealed envelopes. The financial proposal must be submitted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) only.

4. Bid Submission Deadline, completed proposals should be inserted in the available box at the GAIN office before July 22nd, 2026, Central European Time on 16:00 PM. Proposals submitted after this time will not be considered.

5. Disqualification Clause: - Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated in the RFP will result in automatic disqualification of the bid.

6. Right to Accept/Reject: - The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, either partially or in full.
