2. Biding will be conducted according to with the open INTERNATIONAL Competitive Bidding procedure contained in the proclamation of the government of the federal democratic republic of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible for all International Bidders.

3. Interested eligible Bidders shall furnish renewed Trade License, manufacturer Registration Certificates & Other relevant documents.

6. Sealed bid must be delivered to the address above counted from the date that announced by Newspaper invitation of bid within 20 working days. The document will be received through bid box or hand delivered. No liability will be accepted by the buyer for loss or late delivery.

7.Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on the date and address specified above 2nd floor (conference hall) after announcement 20 Working day by newspaper to close on the 21st dates at 8:00 A.M Local Time and to open at 8:30 A.M Local Time (Afternoon).
