1. The Sodo Woreda Office of Agriculture has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Food System Resilient Program (FSRP) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Construction of Construction of Buee Fruit & Vegetable Market Center with cold store at Sodo Woreda /East Gurageh zone Sodo woreda Bui Town

2. Interested eligible bidders should submit VAT certificate, TIN No, Renewed trade license, Tax registration Certificate, for the current year 2018EC.

3. Sodo Woreda Agricultural Office now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for ET-CERS-FSRP-543184-CW-RFB for the Procurement of Construction of Bui Vegetable market center, Guard House, Toilet with sewerage system, Trash pit and Fence Toilet for Construction of Buee Fruit & Vegetable Market Center with cold store at Sodo Woreda Sub-Project..

4. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and is open to all bidders.

5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from Sodo Woreda Office of Agriculture, Food System Resilient Program (FSRP) coordinating Office at the address below during office hour from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

6. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and up on payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1200 (One Thousand Two Hundred Birr) for sub-project. The method of payment will be in cash or cashier's check. In the delivery of the bidding document of the mail and shall not entertain requests for extension on account of such delays.

7. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 560,000.00 (Five Hundred Sixty Thousand ETB) and in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee be delivered to the address below on or before 3:00 PM on 08/17/2026 GC. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below. The Bid shall be opened on 3:10 PM 08/17/2026GC, at the following address stated below. The winner bidder has to provide 1% of contract price performance guarantee for environmental and social safe guard in addition to 10% performance bond.

8. The Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid.
