Subject: Consultancy Services for organizational policy impact Assessment and policy Revision

SCOPE OF WORK

The selected consultant will be required to review, assess the impact of and revise the following

1. Human Resource (HR) Policy and procedures: including recruitment, performance management and Employee relations.

2. Strategic plan: Reviewing the current long-term roadmap and aligning it with cotemporary humanitarian needs,

3. Financial policy and procedures: Enhancing internal controls, reporting standards, and financial integrity.

4. Organizational Structure (Organogram): Redesigning the reporting lines to improve efficiency and Communication.

5. Salary Scale: conducting a market-based review to ensure competitive and equitable compensation.

6. Purchasing/ procurement policy and procedures: and Monitoring, Evaluation and learning strengthening Transparency and efficiency in supply chain management.

7. Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Guideline: Developing a comprehensive framework to track program performance, ensure accountability and institutionalize organizational learning

8. Implementation follow up (Expression of interest): Providing two months of technical support following the policy revisions to monitor the rollout and ensure effective adoption across the organization.
