Training and Coaching Support for Four Coffee Cooperatives in Jimma Zone, Oromia Region

HUNDEE-Oromo Grassroots Development Initiative is a development, civic and humanitarian local NGO established in April 1995. Pursuant to the new CSO Proclamation # 311/2019, it has been re-registered as local NGO (local organization) under registration number 0074.

Accompanying resource poor, highly vulnerable and marginalized/underserved female and male smallholder farmers, pastoral and agro pastoral households and community groups (vulnerable male and female children, landless and unemployed/underemployed female and male youth, female headed households and female and male persons withdisabilities and those living with HIV/AIDS, etc.) in their own development and humanitarian needs/requirements to improve their livelihoods and ultimately attain social and economic transformation in Oromia National Regional State.

HUNDEE-Oromo Grassroots Development Initiative would like to invite qualified consultants to conduct coaching and support activities aimed at assessing the current capacity, strengths, and challenges of selected coffee cooperatives.
