Dashen Bank invites eligible bidders for the procurement of Strong Vault Room Doors and Battery Testers and Chargers.

CALL FOR NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID (NCB)

Dashen Bank invites eligible and interested bidders for the procurement of the following listed items.

1. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of the bidding document via https://extratenders.net/ or https://dashen.afrotender.com for bid ref. no. DBOT00826/27 and for bid ref. no. DBOT00926/27 via SAP Ariba System to access the bidding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) for each bid starting from July 20, 2026.

2. All interested bidders should be registered on the Bank's supplier list data base system via https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration/.

3. Copy of renewed and valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document.

4. Bidders must present a bid security in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of proposal or offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days.

5. Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in separate envelopes in duplicate copies labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in the bidding document as stated below:-

• For bid Ref No. DBOT00826/27, the sealed bid proposal shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on July 31, 2026 up to 5:00 PM, Afternoon at the address stated below.
• For bid Ref. No. DBOT00926/27, the sealed bid proposal shall be submitted through the Banks Online system electronically before or on July 31, 2026 up to 5:00 PM, Afternoon.

6. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives as follows:

• Bid Ref. No. DBOT00826/27 tentatively on August 01, 2026 @ 9:00 AM Morning at the office of Supply Chain Management Department Meeting hall, HQ Building 7th floor.
• Bid Ref. No. DBOT00926/27 tentatively on August 01, 2026 @ 9:00 AM Morning through SAP Ariba System.

7. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above shall result in automatic rejection.

8. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
