Addis International Convention Center (AICC) invites applications from bidders to implement the ERP system listed below through an open tender process.

ERP software procurement service

• Bidders should provide a copy of the Renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, Tax Clearance Letter and other relevant documents required in the tender document along with the Bid Documents;
• Bidders can collect the bidding documents from office number 313, after the publication of this advertisement in the newspaper, from July 21, 2026, to August 13, 2026, during regular working hours, by depositing Birr 500 (five hundred) into account number 1000616070839 at the Addis International Convention Center, S.C. Office, with the receipt of the deposit.
• The Bid document shall be accompanied by Bid Security of ETB 300,000.00 Birr through Bank Guarantee or Cash Payment Order (CPO) to Addis International Convention and Centre, Inc. for the type of service they are bidding on.
• The original and copy of the Technical and Financial Offer documents shall be sealed in separate envelopes and marked "Original" and "Copy". All the pages of the bid document shall be sealed and signed by the bidder and placed in the designated bid box.
• Bid submission date: Bids can be submitted from July 21, 2026, to August 13, 2026, at the company's office located on the 3rd floor of the Addis International Convention Center, S.C., until 2:00 PM; the bid opening date will be August 13, 2026, at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders and their legal representatives.
• The Company reserves the right to fully or partially accept or reject the bid.
