Anley Alemu Business Group (AABG), a family-owned conglomerate comprising Jabi Commercial & Industry PLC, Sorit Trading PLC and Anley Alemu Seyoum Export and Import, invites qualified and experienced management consulting firms to submit proposals for a comprehensive consultancy assignment.

Scope of the Consultancy Service

• Five-Year Strategic Plan
• Organizational Structure and staffing plan
• Job Analysis, evaluation and grading
• Salary Schemes, benefits and incentive packages
• Policy & Procedure Manuals for every division
• Implementation guidelines including training and handover

Requirements for Bidders:

• Valid and renewed Business License for the current Ethiopian fiscal year
• VAT Registration Certificate and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)
• Tax Clearance Certificate, valid at the time of bid submission
• Proven track record of experience in similar projects, preferably in group companies

Submission deadline and address

Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately in hard copy (sealed envelopes) to AABG Head Office, no later than Friday August 14, 2026 till 10:00 PM (local time).

Bid Opening: bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives on August 10, 2026 @8:30pm local time.
