INVITATION TO NATIONAL COMPETITIVE

1. Tsedey Bank would like to invite sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of the following Service through national open tender:

Lot I- Sheriagenet Branch Building (G+0)

Lot II - Robit Branch Building (B+G+1)

2. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) for each lot deposited at Tsedey Bank S.C. Legehar Branch with account number 1201390000037 opened in the name of Tsedey Bank S.C.

3. Bidders can obtain the Bid document starting from July 23, 2026 during office hours from Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 12:00 am and 1:00 pm -5:00 Pm and Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00 am, from the address mentioned below.

4. Address: Tsedey Bank Head office, Procurement Division, 16th floor located at Sengatera around Minsitry of Health Head office,

5. For eligibility, bidders should bring copy of renewed Trade license, certificate of registration, Tax payers registration certificate, Value added tax certificate and tax clearance certificate.

6. Bid proposal must be sealed and submitted during office hours at the address mentioned under number 4 before the bid closing date and time.

7. Bid proposal must be accompanied with a bid security (Bid Bond) in an amount equal to 2% of the total Bid price. However, where 2% of the total Bid price exceeds ETB 500,000, the required Bid Security shall be ETB 500,000 which shall be the maximum Bid Security amount required under this bidding process.

8. Bid will be closed on 15th consecutive calendar days of this announcement which August 05, 2026 will be closed at 10:00 A.M morning and will be opened on the same day August 05,2026 at 10:30 A.M all lots in the presence of those bidders or their authorized representatives who are willing to attend the event at the 16th floor of Tsedey Bank Head office.

9. Bidders are advised to review the bid document carefully before submitting their bids and failure to observe the instructions and conditions in the bidding document will constitute grounds for rejection.

10. The Bank reserves the right to reject the bid either partially or fully without giving reasons thereof.
