BGI Ethiopia Plc would like to inform all interested and prospective bidders that the submission deadline for the above-mentioned bid has been extended for two (2) weeks, and certain technical specifications have been amended to provide additional clarification and ensure alignment with project requirements.

The previous originally scheduled for 24 July 2026 at 4:30 PM, now been extended with the new bid submission deadline is: -05 August 2026 at 4:30 PM.

In addition to the extension, bidders are advised to collect the revised bidding document & carefully review the document containing the amended technical parameters and requirements. The updated technical specifications shall replace the corresponding provisions in the previously issued tender document. All other terms and conditions of the bid, including eligibility requirements, commercial conditions, and submission procedures, shall remain unchanged. Bidders are reminded that:
