PROCUREMENT NOTICE

FSCSPCO – Kelem International School (KIS) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified firms for the Procurement and Implementation of an Integrated School Management and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. The project involves the supply, implementation, configuration, customization, data migration, user training, and post-implementation support of an integrated ERP solution to support the School's core administrative and operational functions.

The bidding period shall remain open from 28 July 2026 until 12 August 2026 at 10:30 AM (EAT).

1. Bid Documents

Interested bidders may obtain the complete bidding documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr).

Bid documents shall be purchased in person from the:

During our normal working hours (8:00AM – 3:30 PM) from 28 July 2026 until 12 August 2026, 10:30 AM (EAT).

2. Eligibility Requirements

Interested bidders shall meet the minimum eligibility requirements specified in the bidding documents, including but not limited to:

• Valid business registration and renewed Trade License.
• Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN).
• Demonstrated experience in implementing ERP, School Management Systems, or comparable enterprise solutions.
• At least two (2) verifiable reference implementations.
• Capacity to provide implementation, training, and ongoing technical support in Ethiopia.
• Compliance with all technical and administrative requirements stated in the Terms of Reference (TOR) and Statement of Work (SoW).

3. Requests for Clarification

Requests for clarification shall be submitted in writing no later than 1 August 2026 to [email protected] .

Responses to all clarification requests, including any formal addenda, will be issued on or before 4 August 2026.

4. Bid Submission

Bidders shall submit their proposals in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents.

Completed bids must be sealed, clearly marked:

"Bid for the Procurement and Implementation of an Integrated School Management and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System"

and delivered to:

Bids must be received no later than 10:30 AM (EAT) on Wednesday, 12 August 2026.

Late submissions shall not be accepted.
