Tsehay 36 Housing Cooperatives Society Ltd is desirous of engaging a consultant for the construction supervision and contract administration service of B+G+9+T apartment building located in Addis Ababa.

INVITATION TO BID

Tsehay 36 Housing Cooperatives Society Ltd has been established as associations with the objective of constructing apartments. The cooperative consists of 78 members who have received land from the government for this purpose. And the cooperative already got a construction permit from Municipal office.

Tsehay 36 Housing Cooperatives Society Ltd is pleased to invite your firm to submit a bid for the provision of construction supervision and contract administration service for our apartment building project.

Our cooperative completed design of [Basement + Ground + 9 Floors + Terrace] (B+G+9+T) apartment building on land allocated to us by the government. We are seeking a qualified and experienced consultant to provide construction supervision and contract administration service for this project.

Scope of Services:

The selected consultant will be responsible for providing, but not limited to, the following services:

1. Construction supervision

2. Contract administration service

The conditions/terms of the bid are indicated as follows

1. Bids must be accompanied by renewed business licenses and registration, Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate. TIN Registration Certification and these must be summited together with these offer.

2. Consultancy licensed in Building Consultancy grade 1

3. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of _2_%, valid for 90 days, of total submitted cost in an acceptable Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO from known bank.

4. Bidder should submit their offers in a sealed envelope to office before or on 10th Aug 2026.

Note: Tsehay 36 Housing Cooperatives Society Ltd reserves the right to cancel the bid in whole or in part without giving the reasons thereof.

Late bids shall also be rejected.
