The Ministry of Labor and Skill, with financing from the African Development Bank under the Agri-MSMEs development for Jobs (AMD4J) project, invites sealed bids for the supply of office furniture for 100 job centers.

1. The Ethiopia government has received Financing from the African Development Bank in USD towards the cost of Agri-MSMEs development for Jobs (AMD4J). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this grant will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for procurement of furniture for 100 job centers.
2. The Ministry of Labor and Skill now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of office furniture such as office chair, office table, guest chair, file cabinet, shelfs, training table and chair and white boards to improve service delivery of selected 100 job centers for the growth and productivity of MSMEs.
3. 3. Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding national procedures in accordance with the African Development Bank's Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations, dated October 2015 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office of Procurement and finance Department and inspect the bidding documents at [email protected] and inspect the bidding documents at the address below.
5. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 1000 ETH BIRR during the working hours 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday to Friday.
6. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Document: Procurement of Goods.
7. Bids must be delivered to below address on or before 3:00 PM on 31 August 2026 and must be accompanied by a security of ETB 960,000.00
8. 8. Bids will be opened on the same date at the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 31 August 2026 3:15PM at the offices of the Ministry of Labor and Skill-MoLS old Building, first Floor.
