INVITATION FOR TENDER: SUPPLY OF MATERIALS
Edukans Foundation is an international NGO that is based in the Netherlands. Edukans is interested to procure materials for its Wear the Green Future project funded by the National Postcode Loffery of the Netherlands. Qualified suppliers, with readily available stock, are invited to participate in the tender for the supply of the following items.

Bid Requirement
- Copies of legal documents: Latest renewed business license, VAT registration license, TIN Certificate must be attached.
- The bidder must be able to provide machine printed VAT receipt or a QR readable legal receipt.
- Bidders that do not meet legal requirements will be immediately rejected.
- Bidders can bid for one or more/all of the items.
- The winning supplier(s) must be able to provide the awarded item(s) immediately from stock upon receipt of purchase order.
- Suppliers are expected to provide detail description of the item including brand name and country of make of the product they are bidding for.
- A price quotation (including VAT) should be clearly stated for each item.
- Any unclear or illegible quotation may be rejected.
- Delivery time after award of the contract should be mentioned. Any other provisions such as after care or warranty (if any) should be mentioned.
- The bid document submitted should be in a sealed and stamped envelope.
- All submissions shall be in hard copy. Soft copy submission will not be accepted.

Bidders shall submit their bid documents to Edukans office by August 11, 2026, 5 p.m.
Edukans reserves the right to change or cancel the bid process partially or as whole.
