Lucy Insurance S.C invites interested and eligible competitive bidders to participate in the bidding for the supply of: ELECTRIC VEHICLES:-

AION UT Compact Battery Electric Vehicle (Hatchback)

1. General TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

1 The bid document can be obtained from the company Finance Department upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr)..

2 The bid remains floating from August 9, 2026 up to August 24. 2026 and will be closed on August 24, 2026 in the morning at 10:00 AM, and opened in the presence of bidders or their representative on the same date at 10:30 AM at the Company's Board Room, 6th floor.

3 The bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of Birr 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand) in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or Cash Payment Order (C.P.O) in a sealed and separate envelope.

4.All bidders must submit the bid document in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Lucy Insurance S.C during office hours on/before August 24, 2026, morning 10:00 AM at the third floor HR and Logistics Department office..

5 Separate sealed envelopes for Technical and Financial Proposals, and should clearly state "Technical Document" and "Financial Document"

6.All documents must be enclosed in a single outer envelope. The sealed outer envelope should clearly state the bidder's name and address.

7.Bidders should present copy of renewed trade license, Tax clearance certificate and vat registration certificate..

8.Failure to comply any of the conditions stated above shall result in automatic rejection.
