Amref Health Africa, Ethiopia Office invites bids from eligible bidders for the Provision of Consultancy Service to Conduct Midterm Evaluation of the RELIEF Project (AID 15037) in South Wollo Zone, Amhara Region, Ethiopia.

1. All firms organized and licensed under the laws of Ethiopia that qualify to bid are invited to participate in this bid and have to fulfill the following requirements

1. Bidders should have a valid and renewed trade license for the year;
2. Bidders should be VAT registered
3. bidders should have TIN certificate

2. Bidders must submit their technical and financial offer separately in soft copy only marked as technical and financial document at [email protected] on or before August 31,2026- before close of business @5:00pm.

The financial bid will only be opened for those bidders who will have qualified in the technical evaluation.

Tender Documents should be received on or before August 31, 2026 - 5:00p.m. at [email protected]  Late tenders will be rejected.

The aforementioned Office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and is not bound to give reasons for its decision.
