1. Invitation

Amhara Bank invites sealed bids from eligible, qualified and authorized bidders for the supply, delivery, commissioning. and warranty support of Electric Vehicles (EVs) as detailed in the bidding documents.

3. Scope of Supply

The successful bidder shall be responsible for:

• Supply and delivery of new Electric Vehicles.
• Provision of batteries and charging accessories.
• Pre-delivery inspection and testing.
• Vehicle registration support (where applicable).
• Training for vehicle operators and maintenance personnel.
• Warranty and after-sales service.
• Supply of operation and maintenance manuals.

4. Eligibility Requirements

Interested bidders must provide:

1. Renewed and Valid Trade License.

2. Valid tax compliance certificate.

3. TIN Certificate

4. Tax clearance certificate

5. Manufacturer's authorization letter (for distributors).

6. Evidence of similar supply experience during the last three (3) years.

7. Proof of availability of after-sales service facilities and spare parts support.

8. Any other documents specified in the bidding document.

• Bid document shall be obtained commencing August 18,2026 trom the office of Procurement and Facility Directorate located at Amhora bank Head Office, ORDA TOWER. 20th Boor (Around Legahar) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Bir 500.00 (Five Hundred Bin Only) by depositing at Amhara Bank S.C. Addis Ababa Branch. Head office Ground floor during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00-12:00 AM 1:00 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00- 12:00 AM).

6. Bid Security

All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Birr 7,500,000 (Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee issued from locally recognized commercial bank and with a validity period not less than 150 days from the date of bid opening. Bank Guarantee issued from Amhara bank will not be acceptable.

7. Submission of Bids

Completed bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes clearly marked:
