1. Assignment Objective & Scope

The EDGE Program invites qualified local and international firms to organize and execute an international B2B engagement between EDGE-supported Ethiopian outsourcing enterprises and Indian BPO/outsourcing firms in India (planned for mid-September / early October 2026). The core objective is generating concrete business leads, facilitating high-level market linkages, and demonstrating Ethiopia's outsourcing talent.

• Task 1 — Pre-Engagement Preparation: Prepare participating Ethiopian companies (at least 10 representatives) for pitch readiness, collaterals, and value propositions.
• Task 2 — Buyer Outreach & Invitations: Identify, invite, and secure high-level decision-makers from Indian buyer firms (pre-approved by R&D Group) and curate qualified matchmaking sessions.
• Task 3 — Event Organization & Logistics: Manage full event logistics in India, including a business-grade venue, catering, local/international transport, accommodation, and on-site coordination.
• Task 4 & 5 — Itinerary, Tracking & Reporting: Manage complete pre-event, event, and post-event timelines, and deliver a post-engagement report detailing secured meetings, leads, and sales pipeline outcomes.

2. Location, Coverage & Contract Parameters

• Location & Coverage: Preparation in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia; B2B event delivery in India covering at least 10 Ethiopian representatives.
• Eligibility: Open to both domestic (Ethiopian) and international firms.
• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.
• Payment Terms: Bidders propose payment schedules along with their financial proposals, subject to deliverable approval.

3. Key Deliverables

• D1 — Inception & Engagement Plan: Agenda, complete itinerary, logistics plan, and R&D-approved target buyer profiles.
• D2 — Company Preparation Pack: Readiness confirmation and pitch prep for all participating delegates.
• D3 — B2B Event Execution: Successful delivery of the event in India with full venue, catering, and on-site support.
• D5 — Post-Engagement Report: Complete accounting of meetings held, leads generated, and long-term sales pipeline.

4. Qualification Requirements

• Legal Compliance: Valid business registration, trade license, and TIN (or equivalent foreign country incorporation/tax registration documents for international firms).
• Firm Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience organizing international B2B events, trade missions, or matchmaking, with established BPO/buyer decision-maker networks in India.
• Key Personnel:
  • Engagement Lead (Team Leader): Degree in International Business/Marketing with 2–3 years organizing international B2B/trade missions and established Indian outsourcing networks.
  • Market Outreach / Matchmaking Specialists (At least 2): Minimum 3–5 years in buyer outreach, B2B matchmaking, and strong network access to Indian BPO executives.
